That's why we have carefully set our prices at a level that allows us to invest in the platform while running at full support capacity and at the same time support you in your growth.

What is the subscription period?
We offer plans with monthly and annual subscriptions.
What are my payment options?
We provide a digital invoice to be fulfilled by bank transfer.
Can you charge me in my local currency?
No, at the moment we only accept payment in Euro (EUR).
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! When you choose to pre-pay for a year of service, we’ll give you a 20% discount. We also offer special pricing for non-profit and educational organizations. Contact us for more information on these plans.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Of course; upgrade at any time! If you are on a monthly plan or have less than 2 months remaining on your annual plan, we'll charge you the upgrade for the remainder of the billing cycle, pro-rated, to your next invoice. Otherwise, we'll ask you to pay for the upgrade separately.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel a paid plan at any time. We recommend modifying your subscription at least a couple of days before the next scheduled payment. If you cancel or downgrade your plan, you won't be able to use the advanced features anymore. The remaining account balance, pro-rated, will be used for later billing cycles or for new purchases. We do not offer refunds, however (as detailed in our Terms and Conditions).
